About the Role

The Global Communications team functions much like an in-house content studio, producing visual work that reaches colleagues, customers, and external audiences across multiple regions. On any given day, this Video Editor & Visual Content Creator might be cutting an executive interview, building motion graphics for a product demonstration, or repurposing a long-form piece into platform-specific short-form content. The post-production pipeline runs through Adobe Creative Cloud, with review handled in Frame.io and asset management in Bynder.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and deliver video content across formats including narrative-driven corporate storytelling, event coverage, digital signage, and social media, using Premiere Pro and After Effects as primary tools.
• Apply editorial judgment to shape pacing, narrative structure, sound design, and motion graphics across each project from assembly cut through final delivery.
• Repurpose long-form content into short-form assets optimized for platform-specific audience behaviors and technical specifications.
• Manage the review and approval cycle through Frame.io while maintaining organized project archives within Bynder and related content management systems.
• Apply AI-enabled tools to support transcription, captioning, localization, and asset versioning while maintaining brand and quality standards throughout the post-production workflow.
• Collaborate with regional communications partners, subject matter experts, and external vendors to deliver multiple creative executions against tight timelines.

What You Bring

• Demonstrable experience editing corporate, branded, or non-fiction content with a portfolio showing narrative range across short-form and long-form formats.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically Premiere Pro, After Effects, Adobe Express, and Premiere for mobile.
• Working knowledge of motion graphics, animation, subtitling, and accessibility captioning standards for multi-platform distribution.
• Familiarity with Frame.io review workflows and digital asset management systems in a multi-stakeholder production environment.
• Experience producing content for internal communications, executive visibility, or global corporate audiences is a practical advantage.
