Key Responsibilities

• Support the Executive Producer across OutKick podcast production and live streaming show workflows, from pre-production prep through distribution.
• Monitor live streams and broadcast appearances to pull usable content for placement across OutKick’s digital and social platforms.
• Produce photo montages and photo illustrations formatted for dotcom publishing and social media distribution.
• Track real-time analytics to inform editorial decisions about content placement and audience targeting.
• Manage scheduling, travel arrangements, and expense reporting for the SVP, serving as the point of contact for internal staff, agents, talent, and external production partners.
• Conduct story research and production support for OutKick’s podcast and streaming programming.

What You Bring

• A bachelor’s degree in journalism or a related field, or equivalent production experience in digital news or sports media.
• Familiarity with digital news gathering tools and real-time analytics platforms used in broadcast and streaming production.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple production tasks simultaneously across editorial and administrative tracks.
• Availability for flexible shifts including weekends and holidays, consistent with the demands of a live digital news operation.
• Experience handling confidential information with discretion, particularly in a talent-facing or executive support context.
