Key Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the visual language of productions, translating director intent into concrete VFX development materials used across the full production workflow.
• Lead the integration of generative AI tools, including ComfyUI, into the studio’s existing VFX pipeline.
• Mentor mid-level and junior visual development artists, providing technical guidance and creative feedback grounded in production realities.
• Work directly with directors and producers to align visual development output with the needs of each project at every stage.
• Operate across compositing workflows and traditional concept art pipelines, bridging the gap between development and final VFX execution.
• Identify and test emerging tools and techniques that can improve quality or efficiency within the visual development department.

• Senior-level experience in visual development or VFX, with credits on major feature film production or high-end episodic television.
• Hands-on experience with ComfyUI and a working knowledge of generative AI applications within a professional VFX pipeline.
