Production Assistant

ME AND EM is hiring a Production Assistant to join their in-house creative team at White City Place in West London. This role sits within a small production department responsible for delivering campaign, lookbook, e-commerce, and social content shoots end to end, from pre-production logistics through to final asset organisation. It suits someone early in their fashion production career who knows their way around a call sheet and wants real hands-on experience across the full shoot workflow.

About the Role

The Production Assistant works directly alongside in-house producers and the wider brand team, supporting photo and video shoot production across multiple content types and formats. Day to day, this person is coordinating logistics, managing paperwork, and providing on-set support during shoot days at studio and on location. This is a one-year fixed-term contract, full time at 37.5 hours per week, based out of the White City Place head office.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the production team in coordinating campaign and e-commerce shoot schedules, including drafting and distributing call sheets and managing crew communications.
• Assist with sourcing and booking shoot locations, studios, props, and equipment, including gathering and comparing supplier quotes during pre-production.
• Manage travel and accommodation logistics for crew and talent across shoot days both in London and on location.
• Provide hands-on set support during shoot days, including set-up, run-of-show, and pack-down, while liaising with models, casting agencies, and influencers on scheduling requirements.
• Organise and log raw photo and video assets post-shoot, maintaining accurate production trackers, archives, and documentation.
• Handle production administration including freelancer and supplier invoice processing, risk assessments, and health and safety paperwork.

What You Bring

• Some prior experience in a production or studio environment, whether through a previous role, placement, or significant shoot assisting work.
• Familiarity with photo and video shoot production workflows, including call sheet creation and on-set logistics management.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to track multiple moving parts across pre-production and shoot days simultaneously.
• Comfort working directly with talent, crew, and external suppliers in a professional on-set context.
• Attention to detail when managing production documentation, asset filing, and budget-related paperwork.
