This role sits within the Creative Content team and owns the full production lifecycle of audiovisual marketing materials for original series, from on-set BTS capture and EPK shoots through post-production delivery of featurettes, sizzle reels, and platform-specific social content. It suits an experienced producer with deep roots in film production and episodic television who is equally comfortable on a working set and in an editorial suite.

About the Role

The Lead Content Producer works across Amazon MGM Studios’ original series slate, producing premium marketing content that feeds both traditional broadcast campaigns and social-first initiatives. Day-to-day, this person is managing pre-production logistics, coordinating with unit publicists and talent representatives, overseeing on-set capture crews, and shepherding assets through post-production workflow and talent approvals. The role operates across multiple simultaneous projects at different stages of the campaign lifecycle, which means strong production management instincts matter as much as creative ones.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce all video shoots end-to-end, including hiring directors, directors of photography, and crew appropriate to the creative scope of each campaign.
• Coordinate BTS content capture and on-camera talent interviews on active productions, working directly with filmmakers, unit publicists, and talent representatives.
• Develop and produce long-form and short-form marketing content including “making of” documentaries, marketing featurettes, and sizzle reels for original series titles.
• Write talent interview questions that reflect a thorough understanding of the series’ narrative and creative intent.
• Oversee talent approvals and manage final asset delivery to internal stakeholders and external agency partners.
• Work with senior leadership to establish production policies, best practices, and operational standards that apply across the broader Creative Content department.

What You Bring

• Proven experience producing marketing AV content within a studio or network environment, with credits spanning episodic television and film production.
• Working knowledge of SAG-AFTRA, WGA, and DGA rules and regulations as they apply to marketing content and advertising use.
• Familiarity with legal contracts, paid advertising restrictions, and the clearance considerations around BTS and film clip usage.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, production schedules, and post-production workflows across concurrent projects.
• Experience communicating directly with talent representatives and filmmakers at a professional level.
