With Nothing Underneath is hiring a Social Videographer to join their in-house content team in London, England. This role sits within the brand’s creative department, responsible for producing and editing paid social video and organic content across Meta and TikTok platforms from shoot to delivery. It’s a strong fit for a self-shooting editor who understands the social video production workflow end to end and doesn’t need a director looking over their shoulder.

About the Role

The Social Videographer reports to the Content Manager and owns the full production pipeline for WNU’s performance and organic video output, from briefing through final export. Day to day, that means shooting UGC-style and paid ad creative, cutting multiple format variants for platform testing, and handling colour, sound, and captioning to a consistent house standard. On larger shoot days, this person also captures behind-the-scenes content and works alongside the in-house creative.

Key Responsibilities

  • Shoot and edit video creative for Meta and TikTok ad campaigns, producing 9:16, 1:1, and 16:9 format variants per shoot for paid social testing.
  • Produce lo-fi, platform-native UGC-style content that performs within organic social video feeds without feeling like a produced ad.
  • Apply a working understanding of paid social creative principles including hooks, pacing, and CTAs when cutting performance video assets.
  • Manage your own post-production pipeline independently, turning around assets quickly against briefs with tight deadlines and minimal revision cycles.
  • Handle basic colour grading, sound mix, and captioning across all deliverables to maintain consistency across the brand’s social video production output.
  • Work alongside talent and influencers on set when required, capturing both primary content and behind-the-scenes footage on shoot days.

What You Bring

  • 2 to 3 years of professional videography experience, shooting and editing independently across social or commercial production formats.
  • Genuine knowledge of Instagram Reels and TikTok content formats, including what performs and how trends move on each platform.
  • Proficiency in a professional editing suite with the ability to handle colour, audio, and captioning within the same post-production workflow.
  • Experience shooting fashion or lifestyle content is a plus, as is familiarity with Meta Ads Manager or performance creative testing.
  • Basic motion graphics capability, including After Effects for ad overlays and text treatments, is desirable but not required.
