Oltra Creative is hiring a Senior Real Estate Photographer/Videographer/Floorplanner based in Melbourne, Victoria, to produce premium visual content across residential and commercial property briefs. This role sits across both acquisition and post, covering on-location photography and dusk shoots, floor plan measurement and production, and video editing through to final delivery. It suits an experienced visual professional who is equally comfortable behind a camera on a property shoot as they are refining floor plans and cutting footage in post.

About the Role

The Senior Real Estate Photographer/Videographer/Floorplanner works across Oltra Creative’s photography, floor plan, and retouching departments, contributing to a full-service visual production pipeline for real estate clients. Day to day, this person is measuring and drafting accurate floor plans, capturing and reviewing residential photography at both day and dusk, and delivering edited content that meets client briefs. The workflow involves close coordination between field work and office-based post-production teams, with scheduled bookings requiring consistent time management.

Key Responsibilities

• Measure, produce, and deliver accurate floor plans for residential and commercial properties to a standard that meets agency and vendor requirements.
• Capture high-quality real estate photography across daytime and dusk conditions, including property interiors, exteriors, and portrait work.
• Edit and retouch photography using Photoshop and Lightroom to meet the visual standards set by Oltra Creative’s production workflow.
• Shoot and edit property videography, cutting and grading footage using Final Cut Pro and DaVinci Resolve.
• Manage a flexible booking schedule, arriving on location prepared and presenting professionally to real estate agents and property owners.
• Contribute creative direction to client briefs, proposing approaches that lift the visual quality of property marketing content.

What You Bring

• Minimum two years of professional floor planning experience, which is a hard requirement for this role.
• Two or more years in real estate photography production, including both residential and commercial property work.
• Working proficiency across Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, Final Cut Pro, and DaVinci Resolve.
• A valid Australian driver’s licence and the ability to manage an independent location-based schedule.
• A portfolio that demonstrates floor plan accuracy, real estate photography quality, and post-production editing skills.
