Key Responsibilities

• Shoot and edit high-quality video and photo content across real estate, construction, automotive, and luxury lifestyle productions throughout the Greater Toronto Area.
• Build a complete creative production plan for each shoot, covering shot list, angles, equipment configuration, mood board, and music direction before arriving on set.
• Handle all post-production deliverables including color grading, sound design, music selection, and export optimization formatted for each distribution platform.
• Direct and produce video podcast recordings end to end, from studio setup through to final cut and platform delivery.
• Identify trending content formats across social platforms and bring specific references and replication concepts into active production planning.
• Integrate AI tools into your production workflow for tasks including music research, color referencing, caption generation, and content organization.

What You Bring

• 2 or more years of professional videography and photography experience with a portfolio covering real estate, lifestyle, or automotive content production.
• Owner-operator of a Sony 4K/60fps camera body such as the A7S III, FX30, or FX3, along with a full lens kit spanning wide-angle, prime, and zoom ranges.
• Personal gimbal and drone, plus a MacBook Pro capable of handling 4K editing, color grading, and multi-platform delivery at a professional post-production workflow standard.
• Demonstrated experience producing cinematic content including automotive videography and personal branding shoots, not only structured property walkthroughs.
• Comfortable using AI tools actively in a production workflow context, including tools such as Claude or similar platforms for research and content support.
