Litera is hiring an AI Composer based in Denver, CO, a role focused on building and deploying AI-powered automations, copilots, and intelligent workflows for one of the legal tech industry’s most widely used software platforms. About the Role

The AI Composer works within Litera’s technology organization, building solutions that support millions of legal professionals across global law firms. This is a hybrid position with at least three days per week in the Denver office, putting you close to the stakeholders and product teams whose workflows you are directly improving. A typical day involves scoping automation opportunities, building integrations across cloud platforms, and maintaining the AI applications already in production.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deploy AI-powered workflow automations using tools such as Power Automate, Copilot Studio, and Microsoft AI Foundry to reduce manual effort across the organization.
• Integrate large language models and generative AI capabilities into existing enterprise systems through APIs, connectors, and cloud-based services.
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify high-value automation opportunities and translate those needs into scalable, production-ready solutions.
• Administer and support backend infrastructure in Azure, including identity management, web hosting, and enterprise AI platform operations.
• Ensure all AI solutions meet established data privacy standards and responsible AI governance requirements.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and surface recommendations that create measurable business value for internal teams and end users.

What You Bring

• Two to four years of hands-on experience developing software applications, automation solutions, or AI-enabled business workflows.
• Working knowledge of Python, Power Platform, and at least one enterprise AI platform such as Azure AI Foundry or Copilot Studio.
• Demonstrated experience with prompt engineering, LLM integration, or AI-assisted development in a production environment.
• Background in Azure administration, including support for cloud-based AI platforms and enterprise identity systems.
• Familiarity with containerization, SaaS environments, or low-code platforms is a plus.
