Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for VFX and post-production roles, from initial brief through to offer and onboarding.
• Source qualified candidates using industry-specific channels relevant to animation, compositing, and broader post-production workflow pipelines.
• Conduct candidate interviews and produce written assessments that accurately reflect technical and interpersonal suitability for client roles.
• Maintain and update the candidate database to ensure accurate records across all active and pipeline VFX talent pools.
• Build and manage relationships with both candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process, ensuring consistent communication at every stage.
• Contribute to service quality standards that reflect the specialist nature of VFX industry hiring and the expectations of production clients.

What You Bring
