About the Role

The Mid Groom Artist (Blender) works under the Groom Lead, Groom Supervisor, and Character Supervisor as part of the character pipeline at Mikros Animation. • Contribute to the development and refinement of grooming tools used within the department.
  • Prepare presentation elements for supervisor and director approval, incorporating corrections and feedback within production deadlines and quota targets.
  • Identify and resolve technical or creative problems that arise during asset production, communicating proactively with the team when issues need escalation.

  • Track record of meeting production deadlines and working within structured approval processes on animated productions.
