About the Role

The Manager, Marketing Production works across both local Italian titles and international releases, serving as the operational spine of every campaign that goes to market. Day to day, this means managing production timelines and budgets, briefing external creative and production agencies, and acting as the connection point between local marketing managers and global cross-functional teams covering localisation, media, publicity, social, and events. This is a full-time contract position based in Rome.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end marketing production for multiple simultaneous campaign launches, ensuring all creative assets are delivered on time and within budget for both local and international titles.
• Lead production on AV marketing shoots, consumer activations, and bespoke asset creation, maintaining technical quality standards and brand integrity throughout.
• Oversee agency and vendor relationships across the integrated marketing campaign workflow, including scope of work negotiations, production budgets, and delivery schedules.
• Partner with in-house AV, art and print, and digital producers to drive production excellence across social, digital, out-of-home, cinema, TV, radio, and experiential channels.
• Serve as the central project management lead connecting local marketing managers with global strategy, creative, and localisation teams to align on campaign deliverables.
• Plan and manage overall campaign production resources in collaboration with the events, photo, and studio teams, ensuring a consistent flow of information across all cross-functional partners.

What You Bring

• Substantial background in media production or integrated marketing production, with proven credits across AV, print, digital, and experiential campaign formats.
• Strong working knowledge of the Italian production market, including local vendor networks, production costs, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience managing multi-channel episodic or feature film marketing campaigns from brief through delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to manage production budgets and project timelines across concurrent campaigns at scale.
• Fluency in Italian and English, given the cross-functional nature of the role across local and global teams.
