Production Coordinator (Temporary)

About the Role

The Production Coordinator works within the Creative Services department, producing content for on-air broadcast, streaming platforms, digital channels, and social media. Day to day involves tracking project timelines, managing materials with internal teams and external vendors, and keeping post-production workflows moving against deadlines. Occasional field production support is also part of the picture depending on project needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end execution of creative projects across brief, production, and final delivery phases, ensuring quality standards and deadlines are met at each stage.
• Coordinate multiplatform audiovisual content for on-air, streaming, and social media, confirming that all output meets the defined creative and technical specifications.
• Manage audiovisual materials and post-production workflow, verifying file formats, organizing production assets, and tracking progress through each stage of finishing.
• Liaise with internal teams and external production vendors, following up on deliverables, flagging timeline risks, and supporting senior coordinators in keeping projects on schedule.
• Provide on-set operational support during field productions when the project requires a coordinator present on location.
• Track project documentation and production logistics across simultaneous campaigns, maintaining organized records that senior staff and vendors can act on directly.

What You Bring

• One to three years of experience in audiovisual production, a media agency, broadcast environment, or production company.
• Working knowledge of pre-production, production, and post-production workflow across video content formats.
• Familiarity with digital content trends, social media formats, and emerging content distribution platforms.
• Degree or equivalent training in Advertising, Audiovisual Communication, Production, or a related field.
• Intermediate English proficiency is desirable for this role.
• An interest in sports content and the broader sports media landscape is a genuine plus here.
