This role sits within the post-production workflow, where the editor is responsible for cutting and delivering multi-channel content across advertising, branded entertainment, and campaign-level video projects. About the Role

The Senior Video Editor works inside WPP Production’s post-production pipeline, contributing to a slate that spans global advertising campaigns, social and digital content, and multi-format deliverables for major brand clients. Day to day, this means managing edits from rough assembly through to final delivery, working closely with creative directors, producers, and motion designers across a borderless, multi-studio environment. The volume and variety of output here is significant, so strong organisational instincts matter as much as craft.

Key Responsibilities

• Cut and deliver final edits across multiple formats including broadcast, digital, and social, maintaining consistency with the creative brief at each stage.
• Manage post-production workflow from offline edit through to picture lock, coordinating handoffs to colour, audio, and finishing teams.
• Review and integrate feedback from creative and account teams across multiple revision rounds without losing editorial intent.
• Maintain organised project file structures, media management, and version control across concurrent campaigns.
• Work within established content systems to adapt master edits into regional or platform-specific cuts as required.
• Contribute to ongoing improvements in post-production workflow efficiency, including the adoption of AI-assisted editing tools where appropriate.

What You Bring

• Five or more years of professional editing experience in commercial, branded content, or digital video production.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Creative Suite, with working knowledge of DaVinci Resolve.
• A demonstrable edit history across multi-format campaigns, including broadcast and social content deliverables.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously within a studio or agency post-production environment.
• Familiarity with media encoding, export specifications, and platform delivery requirements across major digital channels.
