Netflix is hiring an Administrative Assistant, Production APAC based in Seoul, Korea. This role sits inside Netflix’s APAC Production organization, directly supporting senior production leadership across the region’s episodic television and film slate. It suits an experienced executive assistant who has operated at the VP level or above and understands how production organizations actually function across multiple territories.

About the Role

The APAC Production team oversees a significant volume of local-language content feeding into Netflix’s global library, and this position is the operational anchor for the executive leading that work. Day to day, you are managing a calendar that spans Seoul, Tokyo, Singapore, and beyond, briefing the executive before high-stakes meetings, and keeping production project trackers current so nothing falls through the cracks. This is not a traditional admin role. It requires someone who can synthesize a complex meeting into three clear action items and then make sure those items actually get done.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend key internal and external production meetings alongside the executive, capturing high-level notes and converting them into clear, tracked action items with owners and deadlines.
  • Architect and manage a complex multi-time-zone calendar, resolving conflicts with an understanding of which production relationships and commitments take priority.
  • Prepare concise pre-meeting briefings so the executive arrives at every engagement fully context-loaded, whether the meeting concerns a greenlit series, a co-production negotiation, or a cross-functional production review.
  • Coordinate extensive international travel across the APAC region, handling visas, bookings, and on-the-ground logistics while staying available as the remote anchor when the executive is in market.
  • Maintain trackers and documentation across active production projects, keeping both the executive and key stakeholders informed of status and changes in real time.
  • Manage expense reporting with full compliance, and run point on regional leadership events that require detailed coordination across multiple production and cross-functional teams.

What You Bring

  • Eight or more years as an executive assistant, with meaningful time supporting VP-level or above leadership inside a global organization.
  • Native-level fluency in both English and Korean, with the ability to draft and manage professional correspondence in both languages across cross-functional partners.
  • Demonstrated experience managing high-volume, multi-destination travel coordination in a production or media environment.
  • Proven ability to build structure from ambiguity and think ahead of an executive operating across episodic television or film production workflows.
  • Track record of building effective partnerships with production admins and cross-functional teams across different markets and time zones.

Why This Role

Netflix’s APAC production slate is one of the most active in the region, producing local-language content that reaches audiences across 190 countries, which means the work this role supports has genuine global reach. The position is structured with a clear growth path toward Business Operations, Project Management, or senior coordination within the APAC Production organization. For an experienced executive assistant ready to move closer to production decision-making, this is a substantive next step.
