Videographer​/Video Editor

bMedia Video Production and Animation is hiring a Videographer/Video Editor for a full-time position based in Manama, Bahrain. This role sits across both production and post-production, covering corporate film shoots, commercial production, and the edit suite work that follows. It suits a camera operator and editor who thinks in terms of story and image, not just technical execution.

About the Role

You’ll be working inside a production team that spans film, animation, VFX, and AI content, contributing at both the shooting and editing stages of each project. The client base runs across Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, and the wider GCC, so productions range from corporate interviews and event coverage to commercial and social content. A typical day might move between a corporate shoot in the morning and a colour correction session or assembly edit in the afternoon.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate professional camera, lighting, and audio equipment across corporate film, commercial, and event productions in Bahrain and occasionally across the GCC.
• Edit short-form and long-form video content from assembly through to picture lock, maintaining continuity with the director’s creative intention.
• Perform colour correction and basic grading as part of the post-production workflow on delivered projects.
• Apply strong compositional judgment on set to capture interviews, b-roll, and performance material that holds up in the edit.
• Work directly with directors, producers, and animators to carry projects through from shoot day to final delivery.
• Support social content production alongside longer-form commercial and corporate projects, adapting pace and format to platform requirements.

What You Bring

• Demonstrated experience operating professional cameras with a solid grasp of composition, exposure, and on-set lighting setups.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve for editing and colour correction work.
• A portfolio or showreel that demonstrates real production credits across corporate film, commercial, or event videography.
• The ability to work independently on a shoot and integrate into a broader production crew when the project calls for it.
• Strong English communication skills, with Arabic considered an advantage on this production team.
• Current residence in Bahrain and availability for local productions.
