This role sits inside the creative marketing department, producing short-form video assets across paid social, organic social, and demand generation campaigns at high volume. It suits an editor who is comfortable living in the execution layer of post-production workflow, turning raw footage and long-form content into polished, platform-ready cuts on tight deadlines.

About the Role

The Video Editor for Marketing and Demand Gen reports to the Senior Director of Creative and works within an internal content team focused on healthcare technology marketing. A typical day involves cutting podcast and webinar footage into short social clips, versioning assets for Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn, and delivering same-day or overnight turnarounds when campaign schedules demand it. This is a high-output post-production role built around template-driven editing, not creative concepting.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit high volumes of short-form video content for paid social and organic social channels, working from creative briefs and approved templates provided by the internal team.
• Cut long-form source material including podcasts and webinars into short clips formatted for performance marketing distribution.
• Version and adapt video assets across multiple aspect ratios and platform specifications, including vertical formats for Reels and TikTok and horizontal cuts for YouTube.
• Add captions, motion graphics, music, and basic visual effects to meet platform engagement standards and brand guidelines.
• Maintain organized file management across all asset versions, supporting a post-production workflow that scales across multiple concurrent campaigns.
• Support product marketing and promotional campaigns with quick-turn video deliverables, including same-day requests when campaign timelines require it.

What You Bring

• One to three years of video editing experience, ideally within a marketing, social media, or performance marketing context.
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or comparable editing software used in social content production.
• A working understanding of pacing, hook structure, and editing techniques that perform in paid social environments.
• Experience editing podcast or long-form content into short-form clips with strong attention to audio and caption timing.
• Familiarity with AI video tools, or a clear willingness to build that skill on the job.
