About the Role

A typical day might move between setting up a studio or on-location interview shoot, ingesting and organising footage, and cutting finished pieces through post-production workflow. The output lives across streaming platforms, newsletters, and events, so turnaround speed and output consistency matter here.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate camera and manage lighting setups for talking-head interviews, live event coverage, and corporate profile shoots across Perth and remotely.
• Handle the full post-production workflow from ingest and rough assembly through to picture lock, colour grade, and audio finishing.
• Edit short-form video content to platform specifications, cutting for clarity and pace while maintaining brand consistency across a high-volume slate.
• Manage media asset organisation, file naming conventions, and archiving to keep the production pipeline clean and accessible.
• Coordinate with producers and stakeholders to hit delivery deadlines across simultaneous video projects at different stages of production.
• Contribute to the quality of podcast and multimedia content by providing video production support for recorded and live formats.

What You Bring

• Proven experience as a videographer and video editor across corporate, documentary, or short-form digital content production.
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro or a comparable professional non-linear editing system.
• Competency in colour grading and audio mixing within a post-production environment, using tools such as DaVinci Resolve or Adobe Audition.
• A reel or portfolio demonstrating finished work across multiple video production types.
• Ability to self-direct on location shoots with minimal crew support while maintaining broadcast-quality results.
