As we continue to grow, we are seeking a creative and driven Videographer to join our Head Office team (location: 104 Fox Drive, Dandenong South, VIC 3175). This new role will focus on producing engaging digital content that showcases our products, brand story, and the lifestyle of the 4×4 community across multiple platforms. A role that can shoot and edit and do both to a high standard.

About the Role:

As a Videographer at HAMER 4X4, you are someone with a genuine passion for videography (and editing), who can see themselves showcasing our work in a creative and considered way. You will be responsible for capturing and creating videos. You will also be responsible for planning, producing, and delivering high-quality digital content that promotes our products and strengthens our brand presence across multiple platforms. This includes creating engaging visual and written material for social media, websites, advertising campaigns, and other marketing channels.

You will work closely with the marketing and product teams to develop content that showcases our 4×4 accessories in real-world settings, highlights key features and benefits, and connects with the 4×4 enthusiast community. The role involves a mix of creative development, hands-on production (videography), editing, and content scheduling.

What you will be doing:

• Create engaging video, and written content for social media and digital platforms

• Plan and schedule posts to maintain a consistent online presence

• Showcase our products through demonstrations, lifestyle shoots, and promotional content

• Edit videos to a high standard for marketing use

• Work closely with the marketing and product teams on campaigns and new product launches

• Monitor engagement and performance of content and suggest improvements

• Stay up to date with social media trends and ideas to keep our content fresh and relevant

• Assist with content for our website, online store, and other marketing channels

About You:

• Creative and motivated, with a strong passion for digital content and social media

• At least 2 years of experience creating video content for brands, businesses, or personal projects

• Proven experience in both videography and video editing

• Proficient in using cameras and editing software to produce high-quality content

• Proficient in the following software programs: Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and Adobe After Effects

• Strong eye for visual detail, storytelling, and brand presentation

• Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Able to work both independently and as part of a team

• Up to date with social media trends and able to generate fresh content ideas

• An interest in 4×4 vehicles, automotive products, or outdoor lifestyle is highly desirable

Remuneration: 

This is subject to your skills, qualifications and experience, but it would be within a salary range of between $70,000 – $80,000 per annum + superannuation.
