Day to day, the work involves filming company events and team milestones, cutting footage to match Axion Capital’s visual identity, and managing the post-production workflow through to publish. The output feeds both internal communications and the company’s public-facing brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Shoot and edit video documentation of company events, team activities, and growth milestones using professional camera equipment suitable for digital distribution.
• Manage the end-to-end post-production workflow for each piece of content, from ingesting footage through to final export and delivery.
• Produce short-form video content formatted for Instagram, maintaining consistency with Axion Capital’s established visual branding.
• Oversee basic social media management duties related to video content, including scheduling and monitoring published posts.
• Ensure all filmed material aligns with brand guidelines, applying colour grading and audio finishing appropriate for a corporate video production context.
• Maintain organised media libraries and assist in developing a scalable content production process as the company grows.

What You Bring

• Demonstrable experience in corporate video production or branded content, with a showreel that includes social media deliverables.
• Proficiency in a professional non-linear editing system such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
• Solid understanding of camera operation, lighting for run-and-gun shoots, and audio capture without a dedicated sound department.
• Working knowledge of social media content formats, particularly short-form video specifications for Instagram.
• Ability to work remotely and self-direct within a startup production environment with minimal oversight.
