Zoe Kratzmann is a premium Australian designer womenswear brand built on distinctive style, natural fabrication, and understated femininity. We are looking for a Videographer & Content Producer who can do two things equally well: shoot high-quality content, and edit final assets from both new and existing content.

You will sit within the creative and marketing team and be responsible for the volume and quality of video and photo content that fuels everything from collection launches and paid advertising, website, and social channels. You are as comfortable behind the camera as you are in the edit suite.

We’re looking for someone strategic and creative with the ability to contribute ideas as well as execute them. You’ll have a strong eye for what feels premium and modern, and for how to take the brand further. You understand pacing, colour grading, sound design, and composition in a way that elevates a fashion brand. You have ideas.

What You’ll Do

Editing & Post-Production

  • Edit and produce a high volume of video content from existing campaign, studio, and behind-the-scenes footage – reels, short-form video, long-form brand films, paid ad creative, and influencer content.

  • Deliver variations on winning assets and develop new concepts aimed at driving performance and conversions.

  • Edit and retouch photography for campaign, e-commerce, editorial, and paid advertising use.

  • Re-cut and repurpose existing content into multiple formats and aspect ratios for different channels and markets.

  • Build and maintain an organised content library and post-production workflow that enables fast turnaround without sacrificing quality.

  • Produce motion graphics, title sequences, and text overlays where relevant maintaining brand representation.

Production – Video and Stills

  • Shoot video and stills at our head office bringing both product and brand to our customers

  • Capture behind-the-scenes footage, the design process, and lifestyle content that feeds the brand’s performance across channels

  • Operate camera, lighting, and audio equipment to a professional standard across both video and photography

  • Direct and compose shots focusing on product and people – you understand how to frame subjects in a way that feels elevated and authentic

  • Travel to shoot locations as required and work with a range of talent

  • Develop briefs for editorial creative teams and continually push to innovate our approach

Creative Strategy

  • Stay across visual trends in fashion, design, and culture – ensuring the brand’s content feels current and relevant

  • Bring ideas to the table that are inline with channel algorithms and performance – new content concepts, new ways to use existing footage, visual treatments that push the brand forward

  • Collaborate closely with the Creative Director and the digital team on content planning and creative direction

  • Focus heavily on paid advertising creative by producing highly engaging video assets that perform commercially as well as aesthetically

  • Develop storytelling and concepts to ensure our founder’s presence is thoughtful and consistent every season

What We’re Looking For

Essential

  • Minimum 5 years experience in video and content production

  • Demonstrated experience in both video editing/post-production and shooting (video and stills) – a strong portfolio or showreel showing both is required

  • Proficiency in professional editing programs e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, working knowledge of DaVinci Resolve, Lightroom, and Photoshop

  • Strong photography skills

  • Qualified and experienced in camera operation, lighting, composition, and audio capture

  • A sharp creative eye for visual content that connects and converts – you understand the balance between content that works and content that looks polished

  • Ability to produce high volumes of finished content efficiently

  • Strong understanding of pacing, colour grading, audio, and storytelling

  • Comfortable working across multiple formats with a strong focus on digital acquisition channels.

  • Experience producing content for paid advertising (Meta, TikTok, YouTube) with an understanding of what performs

  • Strategic and creative with an understanding of what works across organic and paid channels in an e-commerce context.

Desirable

  • Experience in fashion, premium lifestyle, or beauty – you understand the visual language of this space

  • Experience with studio and location lighting setups for both video and stills

  • Familiarity with content management and digital asset management workflows

  • Experience and confidence in AI workflows

  • Ability to interpret analytics and performance metrics to make decisions on where to go next.
