Videographer & Content Creator

Just Autos is hiring a Videographer and Content Creator based in Nambour on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland. This is a newly created in-house production role covering the full content pipeline from shoot planning and camera operation through to edit, publish, and performance reporting across social and long-form video channels. It suits a working videographer and editor who has built a real publishing track record across short-form social video production and interview-driven content, and who wants a permanent position with consistent work rather than the freelance cycle.

About the Role

The Videographer and Content Creator sits inside the marketing function at Just Autos, working directly with the Marketing Manager and owning the content calendar end to end. The core output is a steady weekly volume of video and photography covering LandCruiser builds, first-drive reactions, customer testimonials, technical explainers, and promotional shoots, published across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and the company website. A typical week moves between the workshop floor, the edit suite, and platform publishing, with occasional travel to trade shows and location shoots around the country.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and write monthly content calendars and shot lists, and direct staff and customers who are not trained presenters to deliver natural, usable footage.
• Shoot and edit short-form vertical video for Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts alongside long-form video production for YouTube and the website.
• Produce customer build reviews, first-drive sequences, returning customer stories, technical videos, podcasts, and coverage from shows and special builds.
• Publish and manage content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Google Business Profile, and update the website with new material.
• Work with the external SEO agency to ensure content is shot and structured with search visibility in mind.
• Track platform analytics monthly and report on what is performing, using that data to inform the next content cycle.

What You Bring

• A portfolio of published video and stills you shot and edited yourself, including short-form social content and on-camera interviews or testimonials.
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut, plus a mobile editing tool such as CapCut for fast social video workflow.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain high-volume content output using templates and repeatable production workflows without dropping quality.
• Working knowledge of platform formats, hook structure, pacing, and analytics across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Current Australian driver’s licence and full Australian working rights with full-time availability.
• Bonus: CASA RePL drone licence, WordPress experience, podcast production credits, or a background in vehicle and action photography.
