Key Responsibilities

• Managing the full post-production workflow from rough assembly through picture lock, maintaining editorial consistency across all projects.
• Making creative editorial decisions on pacing, structure, and story arc without waiting for prescriptive direction on every cut.
• Delivering finished video content to technical specifications across multiple output formats and platforms.
• Reviewing rushes and organising project media so that the edit timeline is clean and the post pipeline stays efficient.
• Collaborating with directors and producers during feedback rounds, integrating notes while protecting the editorial integrity of the cut.
• Maintaining version control across multiple cuts and keeping project files organised for handoff or archive.

What You Bring

• Proven credits as a video editor across commercial, branded, or short-form content production.
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro or a comparable professional NLE used in current post-production workflows.
• A portfolio that demonstrates a consistent editorial eye across different formats and content types.
• Experience hitting deadlines independently in a hybrid or remote working environment.
• Familiarity with colour grading basics and audio mixing at an editorial level, enough to deliver broadcast-ready sequences.
