Job Position(s): Video Editor
Project Type: TV Series
Job Date: Full Time
Compensation: Paid - Salary

Xerox is hiring a Video Editor to join its in-house creative agency, The Shop, based in Spain on a fully remote, permanent basis. This role sits within the brand content and post-production workflow, responsible for editing social-first and branded video content from footage supplied by internal Social Media Filmmakers as well as archive and owned media assets. It suits an experienced editor who has built their career cutting branded content and digital campaigns, and who is equally comfortable managing a media library as they are shaping a story in the timeline.

About the Role

The Shop functions as Xerox’s internal agency, producing brand content across social and digital platforms rather than episodic television or theatrical releases. Day to day, the Video Editor works directly with footage from in-house filmmakers, applying post-production workflow discipline across ingest, organisation, versioning, and final delivery. Maintaining a clean and well-documented media archive is as central to this position as the edit itself.

Key Responsibilities

  • Edit social-first video content and branded campaign material using footage from internal Social Media Filmmakers and the existing asset archive.
  • Manage the full post-production workflow from footage ingest and project organisation through to version control and final export.
  • Maintain a structured media library including raw footage, selects, final deliverables, and metadata documentation for all active and completed projects.
  • Prepare content in multiple formats and aspect ratios to meet the technical specifications of each social and digital platform.
  • Select music, pacing, and visual treatments that serve the brand’s tone and strengthen audience engagement across platforms.
  • Apply quality control across all edits, exports, and archive materials to ensure consistency with brand standards and visual identity.

What You Bring

  • At least five years of professional experience as a Video Editor within a brand, agency, or media production environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or comparable editing software.
  • A proven track record cutting social-first and branded content across multiple formats, with solid storytelling and pacing instincts.
  • Experience managing media assets, archive systems, and metadata within a content-heavy post-production workflow.
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in film, media production, post-production, or communications.

Why This Role

Xerox offers access to a global organisation with more than twenty brands, giving a Video Editor genuine room to grow across multiple creative and career paths beyond a single content vertical. The company provides a competitive salary, benefits, and product discounts through its Stanley Black & Decker partner programs. For an editor who wants stable, permanent work in branded content post-production without relocating, the fully remote structure based in Spain is a practical and real advantage.

Apply today for the Video Editor role at Xerox and bring your post-production experience to an in-house agency with the scale and slate to keep your skills developing.
