Key Responsibilities

• Edit short-form and long-form educational videos from rough assembly through picture lock, maintaining accurate pacing and narrative clarity throughout.
• Apply motion graphics, captions, transitions, and visual effects that reinforce learning objectives and hold viewer attention across digital platforms.
• Use AI video generation and enhancement tools as part of the post-production workflow to accelerate output without sacrificing quality.
• Mix and clean audio tracks to meet broadcast-quality standards, including music integration and dialogue clarity across all deliverables.
• Maintain consistent branding, visual tone, and style guidelines across the full content library in close coordination with the creative team.
• Track developments in AI editing tools and emerging content formats to keep the post-production workflow current with industry standards.

What You Bring

• Demonstrable credits in post-production for educational, social media, or digital content formats, with a reel or portfolio to show for it.
• Proficiency in industry-standard editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Hands-on experience with AI video tools used in current post-production pipelines, including generation and enhancement applications.
• Working knowledge of motion graphics, either through After Effects or integrated tools within your primary NLE.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently and deliver on schedule without supervision.
