About the Role

A typical day involves pulling selects, refining cuts based on feedback, and managing the asset library so nothing gets lost between versions.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit raw footage into polished, platform-ready cuts using Camtasia, with Adobe After Effects used for motion graphics, text overlays, and visual effects work.
• Perform color correction and color grading to bring footage to a consistent, intentional look across all deliverables.
• Edit and mix audio tracks to maintain high audiovisual quality throughout the post-production process.
• Adapt final cuts for multiple formats and resolutions, and run quality control checks against technical delivery specifications before export.
• Organize and maintain video asset libraries so that project files, proxies, and finals are retrievable at any stage of the editorial process.
• Incorporate feedback from directors, producers, and stakeholders and revise cuts efficiently without losing the visual narrative thread.

What You Bring

• At least one year of professional video editing experience, with a portfolio that demonstrates completed projects from assembly through final delivery.
• Proficiency in Camtasia is required for this role.
• Experience with Adobe After Effects is strongly preferred, particularly for animation and compositing work.
• Demonstrated ability to cut for social media content and web video formats, with an understanding of platform-specific requirements.
• A degree in film, media production, or a related field is preferred but not a requirement if the portfolio speaks clearly.
