*Brief Description*We?re looking for a project manager to supervise and lead crews on fast paced job sites. You will be responsible for directing staff and coordinating trade partners, creating estimates, managing and ordering material, updating stake holders on timelines and meeting critical deadlines.*Hours** Full Time ? Monday to Friday with some weekends and overtime as required*Tasks** On Site Management:* Ensure safety requirements and guidelines are being followed* First point of contact with clients; organizing site meetings, create estimates, see projects through to completions.* Coordinating and overseeing in-house crew(s), sub trades, inspectors, owners etc..* Reporting to company owner in regards to project status, timelines and budget* Reviewing project documents (drawings, specifications, budgets, etc.) and ensuring completeness and accuracy through life cycle of project*Working Conditions** This is a permanent, full time, year-round position* Outdoor and indoor working sites, year round* Heavy lifting may be required*Benefits:** Wage will be based on experience* Group RRSP with Employer Contributions* Comprehensive Benefits Package – Health/Vision/Dental* Company Truck & Phone*Qualifications & Requirements** Valid Driver?s License required* Previous construction experience and knowledge is required* Previous experience in a leadership and/or management position is preferred*Application Instructions** Please submit a resume showing how you best meet the position description.* FCC welcomes and encourages applications from people with disabilities.
