Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end VFX workflow across International Originals productions, from on-set VFX supervision coordination through to final delivery.
• Track all VFX shot counts, versioning, and vendor deadlines using production management tools to maintain schedule integrity across episodic television and feature-length projects.
• Liaise directly with VFX vendors to review bids, negotiate turnarounds, and ensure deliverables meet technical and creative specifications.
• Coordinate with editors, finishing artists, and online teams to integrate VFX shots into the post-production pipeline at each stage of picture lock.
• Maintain detailed cost reports and flag budget variances to production leadership before they affect the overall post schedule.
• Build and manage VFX databases and shot-tracking systems that give the full production team clear visibility into progress and outstanding work.

What You Bring

• Minimum three to five years of experience in a VFX production management or VFX coordination role, with credits on episodic television or international co-productions.
• Proficiency in industry-standard tracking tools such as Shotgrid, along with working knowledge of common VFX pipeline formats and delivery specifications.
• Demonstrated experience managing multi-vendor VFX pipelines across overlapping productions and tight post schedules.
• Strong understanding of editorial and finishing workflows, including how VFX handoffs interact with colour and online.
• Familiarity with international production structures, co-production agreements, or broadcaster delivery requirements is an asset.
