User Research Actor (Full Time)

Job Description

Insight Global is hiring User Research Participants/Actors to support a short-term technology research project in San Diego, CA. In this role, you’ll participate in everyday, real-world scenarios to help test new technology hardware.

Schedule: Mon to Friday 9-5p

Duration: 3 week project starting June 8

Responsibilities:

• Assist with non-technical data collection and User Research hardware testing

• Participate in staged activities (e.g., conversations, games, various activities)

• Interact with and observe others using experimental technology

• Follow instructions from research staff to ensure accurate data collection for this technology study

• Strong attention to detail and ability to take direction

• Customer service, background actor, research industry experience Research experience is a plus

BA Degree is a plus
