About the Role

The Title Producer works as the single point of accountability within the Localization team, coordinating directly with Content, Post, Marketing, and external localization vendors across both long-form features and trailers. Day-to-day work spans bid management, vendor selection, quality control, and asset tracking across dubbing, subtitling, SDH, audio description, metadata, and marketing supplementals. This person is expected to manage multiple titles simultaneously while maintaining quality standards across dozens of language deliverables per project.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the full localization production lifecycle for assigned film and animation titles, setting language strategy, managing timelines, and ensuring all assets are launch-ready across every required territory.
• Coordinate dubbing, subtitling, audio description, forced narratives, and marketing localization deliverables with external language producers and vendor partners, resolving scheduling and quality issues as they arise.
• Manage financial tracking, bid oversight, and budget reconciliation for all localization spend on assigned titles within the episodic television and feature film pipeline.
• Partner with Strategy and Innovation and Language Production teams to test and scale emerging localization formats, including automation-assisted workflows for high-volume content ingestion.
• Analyze localization metrics and project data to identify inefficiencies and propose workflow improvements that hold up under the output demands of a major animation studio and film slate.
• Act as the primary internal contact for cross-functional teams including Launch Management and Post, ensuring localization timelines are integrated into the broader post-production workflow from the start.

What You Bring

• Several years of hands-on experience managing localization production for feature film, animation, or episodic content at a studio or streaming platform.
• Demonstrated knowledge of dubbing pipelines, subtitle workflows, and accessibility formats including SDH and audio description.
• Experience with vendor management, bid negotiation, and budget tracking across multi-language deliverables.
• Familiarity with content management and project tracking tools used in post-production localization environments.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities across a large active slate without dropping delivery deadlines.
