A typical day moves between systems administration, issue triage, root cause analysis, and cross-functional project work, often within the same shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first and second tier technical support to production crews and studio business teams across hardware, software, and network environments.
• Perform systems administration tasks across a variety of platforms used in television and feature film production workflows.
• Troubleshoot and prioritize technical issues as they arise on active productions, applying root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
• Manage software applications and hardware devices used by Studios personnel from development through post-production.
• Contribute to enterprise cross-functional projects that improve service delivery across the Studios technology infrastructure.
• Escalate complex issues appropriately while maintaining a professional service experience for executives, vendors, and crew at all levels.

What You Bring

• Demonstrable experience in IT or technology operations support, ideally within a media, broadcast, or studio production environment.
• Hands-on knowledge of network infrastructure, endpoint device management, and enterprise software platforms.
• Familiarity with production technology workflows across episodic television or feature film pipelines.
• Strong troubleshooting methodology with experience in issue prioritization and root cause analysis under production pressure.
• Ability to communicate clearly with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders including senior studio executives.
