This role sits at the centre of the brand’s in-house content production operation, owning the full video production workflow from pre-production planning through to final delivery across digital channels. It’s a fit for an experienced shooter-editor who’s comfortable running a project independently and setting the creative bar for others to meet.

The Senior Videographer & Editor will lead end-to-end production on brand films, campaign content, and digital assets, making decisions across creative direction, cinematography, and post-production workflow. A typical day moves between field production and the edit suite, balancing active shoots with multi-project timelines in various stages of completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead creative direction and cinematography on brand film productions, from initial concept through to picture lock and final delivery.
• Own the post-production workflow across multiple concurrent projects, managing editorial timelines in Adobe Premiere Pro and motion graphics work in After Effects.
• Set and maintain production standards across all video output, reviewing work and establishing benchmarks for quality across the content team.
• Develop shot lists, production schedules, and location logistics for field shoots, including outdoor and on-water environments.
• Collaborate with art direction and marketing to ensure each film serves both creative and commercial objectives without compromising visual integrity.
• Contribute to broader creative output beyond video, supporting the in-house team on cross-discipline brand projects as needed.

What You Bring

• Demonstrable senior-level experience in videography and editing, with a reel that shows confident camera work and clean editorial instincts across brand or documentary production.
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects as core production tools.
• Experience managing complex, multi-deliverable projects from development through delivery without close supervision.
• Proven ability to shoot in challenging natural environments, particularly outdoor or marine locations.
• A clear point of view on visual storytelling that comes through in the work, not just the CV.
