Bow Real Estate Media is hiring a Second Real Estate Photographer / Videographer / Drone Operator to join their expanding operation in Las Vegas, NV. This role sits at the intersection of real estate media production and commercial photography, covering everything from bracketed HDR stills and listing videos to aerial drone footage and Zillow 3D Home tours. It suits an experienced real estate photographer and videographer who can work within an established shooting style and represent a production company professionally on location.
About the Role
Bow Real Estate Media is building out its Las Vegas market presence after establishing itself in Los Angeles, and this Second Real Estate Photographer / Videographer / Drone Operator will work alongside the lead photographer before taking on independent assignments as the client base grows. Day-to-day work involves shooting residential and commercial properties across Las Vegas, Henderson, Summerlin, and surrounding areas, capturing deliverables across multiple formats in a single visit. This is per-project freelance work with the realistic potential to grow into a recurring schedule as shoots increase.
Key Responsibilities
- Photograph residential and commercial properties using bracketed HDR techniques, following Bow Real Estate Media’s established shot lists and visual style.
- Film horizontal listing videos and vertical social media content to spec, ensuring each property is covered across all required formats in one production session.
- Operate a drone to capture aerial photos and video when included in the package, holding a current FAA Part 107 certification.
- Capture Zillow 3D Home tours using a compatible 360 camera when the service is part of the booked package.
- Upload all files promptly after each shoot and communicate any on-site issues with the property or appointment directly to the team.
- Arrive on time, present professionally to property clients, and work independently without requiring on-site direction.
What You Bring
- A real estate photography and videography portfolio demonstrating bracketed HDR stills, listing video, and aerial footage.
- Professional camera body, wide-angle lens, and a gimbal capable of shooting both horizontal and vertical video formats.
- FAA Part 107 certification and a drone ready for commercial real estate aerial photography work.
- Access to a Zillow 3D Home compatible 360 camera, with prior experience capturing 3D tours or floor plans preferred.
- Reliable transportation and flexible weekday availability, with occasional weekend shoots.
