Real Estate Videographer & Photographer

Ray White Bendigo is hiring a Real Estate Videographer & Photographer to join their team across Bendigo, the Goldfields, and Macedon Ranges in Victoria. This is a full-production role sitting inside the marketing function, responsible for shooting and delivering photography, promotional video, social content, and brand storytelling across residential, commercial, and lifestyle properties. It suits a shooter-editor who is equally comfortable on a property walkthrough as they are directing an agent profile piece or cutting a short-form social package.

About the Role

This position covers the complete content production workflow from pre-production planning through to final delivery, with output spanning property photography, video production, testimonials, event coverage, and internal communications. On any given day that might mean a residential shoot in the morning, a drone sequence over a rural listing in the afternoon, and colour grading agent profile footage back at the desk. The work feeds social media channels, digital marketing campaigns, and brand content for one of Bendigo’s established real estate agencies.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute premium real estate photography across interior, exterior, and lifestyle shoots using a Sony a7C II camera system.
• Capture aerial footage using a Mavic 4 Pro drone for property and promotional video production.
• Shoot and direct on-camera talent for agent profile videos, customer testimonials, and recruitment content.
• Handle full post-production workflow including video editing, colour grading, and audio finishing in DaVinci Resolve and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Produce short-form video content optimised for social media platforms alongside longer promotional and branded pieces.
• Cover community events, sponsorship activations, and leadership communications as part of the broader brand content slate.

What You Bring

• Demonstrated experience in photography, videography, and digital content production with a strong portfolio or showreel.
• Hands-on proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and DaVinci Resolve or equivalent post-production software.
• Experience operating professional camera, gimbal, and drone equipment in real production conditions.
• Understanding of social media content formats and digital marketing workflows.
• A current Victorian Driver Licence is required for travel across the shooting territory.
• A qualification in photography, videography, media, or a related discipline is desirable but not mandatory.
