• Handling administrative production tasks including purchase order tracking, vendor communication, and production report documentation.

What You Bring

• Prior experience as a Production Assistant in television, cable news, or digital media production, even at the student or entry level.
• Familiarity with broadcast production environments and the pace of live television output.
• Comfort working across media management systems and standard production software used in television post-production workflow.
• Strong organizational skills applied specifically to production scheduling and asset tracking, not general office work.
