This role sits within ZOE’s creative production team, focused entirely on editing high-conversion ad content for consumer health brands including Daily 30 and the Gut Health Bar, cutting across Meta, TikTok, Google, and additional paid channels. It suits an editor who is comfortable working deep inside a performance marketing post-production workflow and understands how creative decisions translate directly into click-through and conversion metrics.

About the Role

You will be embedded in ZOE Limited’s paid social creative engine, working alongside user acquisition managers, copywriters, and designers to produce ad variants at volume. The majority of your time, roughly 80 percent, will be spent in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, cutting UGC footage and brand assets into structured, high-performing ad formats. A typical day involves building multiple creative variants from a single brief, testing hooks, refining product benefit sequences, and turning raw footage into polished paid social content under real production deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit UGC and brand footage in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, producing performance-ready ad cuts for Meta, TikTok, and Google paid channels.
• Build multiple creative variants from single briefs, testing different hooks, pacing structures, and product benefit sequences to support user acquisition goals.
• Work directly with UA managers to interpret performance data and apply those learnings to post-production decisions on future ad cuts.
• Structure ad narratives that front-load product benefits and drive viewer retention through to conversion-focused calls to action.
• Manage a high-volume edit pipeline across simultaneous campaigns, maintaining consistency in brand tone while adapting format and length per channel spec.
• Collaborate with the design team on motion graphics and visual treatments within After Effects to elevate UGC-heavy content.

What You Bring

• Proven experience editing paid social ads, direct response video, or performance marketing content at a production or brand studio level.
• Deep working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, used daily in a production environment.
• A track record of cutting UGC content into structured ad formats that have demonstrated measurable performance results.
• Familiarity with platform specifications and creative best practices across Meta, TikTok, and Google video placements.
• Ability to manage multiple edit timelines simultaneously within a collaborative post-production workflow.
