About the Role

Brandtailers operates as a full-service creative agency focused on branded content and advertising for restaurant and automotive clients, producing work that runs across broadcast, CTV, and social platforms. This person works inside a small collaborative team, touching projects from initial design concepting through final delivery across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and broadcast. A typical week involves building out social campaign assets, cutting and polishing video edits, and developing motion graphics that carry consistent brand language from static to screen.

Key Responsibilities

• Design static creative for social media campaigns, digital advertising, broadcast commercials, and brand collateral with strong attention to layout, typography, and composition.
• Edit short-form and long-form video content for distribution across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, CTV, and broadcast channels.
• Build motion graphics and animated elements in After Effects that extend the visual identity of each brand campaign.
• Develop polished visual campaigns for restaurant and automotive clients, maintaining commercial-level production quality across all deliverables.
• Balance multiple projects across different clients simultaneously, moving between design and post-production workflow as deadlines require.
• Bring forward-looking creative ideas during project development that push campaigns beyond templated approaches.

What You Bring

• A portfolio that demonstrates high-end static graphic design and polished video editing work, with commercial-style visuals and social media creative included.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Prior agency experience or credits on advertising campaigns, branded content, or commercial production is strongly preferred.
• Restaurant or automotive marketing experience is a meaningful plus.
• Strong visual instincts around pacing, storytelling, and brand-consistent design across formats.
