Motion Graphics and Video Editor

This role sits within an internal brand creative team responsible for producing motion graphics, 3D device reveals, UI/UX simulations, and cinematic brand films that support a global safety technology company. It suits a post-production specialist who works equally comfortably in After Effects and Cinema 4D and has real experience building narrative-driven content inside a high-volume in-house or agency post-production workflow.

About the Role

You will be embedded in Motorola Solutions’ internal creative department, working directly alongside product experts, senior leadership, and global marketing teams to produce video and motion content across the full marketing funnel. The output ranges from short-form social assets to longer brand films, with a specific lean toward motion design over traditional editing, roughly 60 percent motion design to 40 percent editorial. A typical day moves between After Effects compositing, 3D asset animation in Cinema 4D or Blender, and Premiere Pro timeline work on scripted and unscripted material.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and animate 3D product reveals and UI/UX simulations that integrate motion assets cleanly into live-action footage using 3D camera tracking techniques.
• Edit brand films and social content from raw unscripted b-roll and written scripts, building emotional narrative arcs that serve specific funnel stages from awareness through to decision.
• Apply considered pacing and rhythm across edits, including subject-led documentary-style sequences where real people’s stories require sensitive handling.
• Develop storyboards to help conceptualize complex brand stories before production or post-production begins.
• Adapt deliverables to platform-specific requirements across social channels, ensuring each asset meets the technical and contextual standards of its distribution environment.
• Maintain consistency across all video executions by working within established brand and style guidelines while contributing original creative thinking to the team.

What You Bring

• A minimum of 6 years of professional experience in a post-production house, agency, or in-house creative department at a comparable level.
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, with strong working knowledge across Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Hands-on experience in Cinema 4D and Blender, specifically lighting, tracking, and rendering hardware assets for motion graphics work.
• A solid understanding of UI/UX animation principles and how to composite motion graphics convincingly into live-action environments.
• A bachelor’s degree in Arts, Digital Media, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
