Luxury Fashion Production Assistant

ME+EM Ltd is hiring a Luxury Fashion Production Assistant based in West London to join their in-house production team. This role sits within a small production department responsible for delivering campaign, lookbook, e-commerce, and social video and photo content from pre-production through to post. It suits someone early in their commercial production career who wants real hands-on experience across studio and location shoots, not just admin support.

About the Role

The production team at ME+EM operates across multiple shoot formats simultaneously, meaning this person will move between campaign shoots, e-commerce photography, and social content production within the same role. A typical day might involve coordinating logistics for an upcoming location shoot in the morning and supporting on-set operations in the afternoon. This is a one-year fixed-term contract, structured to give someone genuine breadth across the full commercial production workflow.

Key Responsibilities

• Support pre-production planning across campaign, lookbook, e-commerce, and social shoots, including call sheets, schedules, and location logistics.
• Coordinate on-set logistics to keep shoot days running to schedule, liaising between the production team, brand stakeholders, and crew.
• Assist with sourcing and managing props, equipment, and consumables required across different shoot formats.
• Organise and track post-production deliverables, ensuring footage and assets are routed correctly to editing and retouching teams.
• Manage production paperwork including release forms, purchase orders, and supplier communications across multiple concurrent projects.
• Support the wider production team with location recces and studio bookings for both in-house and on-location commercial shoots.

What You Bring

• Some prior experience in a production assistant or runner role within commercial photography, fashion content, or video production.
• Familiarity with production scheduling and the general workflow of a commercial shoot from pre-production through to delivery.
• Competence with standard production coordination tools and file management systems used in post-production workflows.
• Exposure to e-commerce or advertising production is a genuine advantage given the volume and variety of content output in this role.
• Strong organisational instincts built through real production environments, not just theoretical knowledge.
