Amazon MGM Studios is hiring a Post Production Manager for its International Originals team, based in Amsterdam. This role sits within the EUX post production department and oversees the full post production workflow for scripted and unscripted titles across the Netherlands slate, with reach into Nordic and expansion territories. It suits an experienced post production professional who has managed multi-title slates end to end, from editorial through final delivery and archive.

About the Role

The Post Production Manager works directly alongside Post Production Executives and the Head of Post Production, supporting a slate of Netherlands originals at various stages of the episodic television pipeline. Day to day, this means tracking budgets and schedules across multiple active productions, managing vendor relationships, and keeping deliveries on spec and on time. The role carries real ownership across the post production workflow, not just coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage post production schedules across scripted and unscripted Netherlands titles, from picture editorial through mastering and final archive.
• Oversee vendor relationships with facilities, VFX houses, and localization partners to ensure deliverables meet technical and creative specifications.
• Track and manage post production budgets across multiple titles simultaneously, flagging variances and working with executives to course correct.
• Support the development of post production workflows for new territories, including Nordic and expansion markets, as the slate grows.
• Coordinate delivery requirements with internal technical operations teams to ensure all masters meet platform standards for Amazon MGM Studios.
• Act as the primary post production point of contact on productions, communicating schedule and budget status clearly to showrunners, producers, and executives.

What You Bring

• Proven experience managing post production on episodic television or streaming originals, ideally across both scripted and unscripted formats.
• Solid understanding of post production workflow from offline editorial through color, sound, VFX, and mastering.
• Experience managing international co-productions or multi-territory delivery pipelines is a strong asset.
• Familiarity with post production budgeting tools and schedule management software used in broadcast or streaming environments.
• Fluency in English is required; Dutch or a Nordic language is an advantage for this Amsterdam-based position.
