Key Responsibilities

• Edit internal video content from assembly cut through to picture lock, maintaining narrative clarity and pacing across a range of formats and durations.
• Design and animate motion graphics for internal communications, including lower thirds, title sequences, and branded visual systems built for screen-based channels.
• Shoot documentary-style and interview footage as part of small production crews, covering internal events and campaign content.
• Collaborate with copywriters and graphic designers during pre-production to develop visual concepts before any timeline work begins.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously within the studio’s production workflow, hitting delivery deadlines without sacrificing technical output quality.
• Maintain and apply consistent visual standards across all motion and editorial output to keep internal content on-brand across channels.

What You Bring

• Demonstrable experience working as a motion designer and video editor in a studio, agency, or in-house production environment.
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro, with a portfolio that shows both motion graphics work and editorial credits.
• Competency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop for asset creation that feeds directly into the animation pipeline.
• Experience shooting on camera, with an understanding of basic lighting setups for interview and event coverage.
• A reel or portfolio that reflects work produced under real production deadlines rather than speculative personal projects alone.
