HR-Medewerker

HBO Young Professionals is hiring an HR-Medewerker based in Eindhoven, Noord-Brabant, to support the people operations behind a growing production-adjacent organisation. The HR team at HBO Young Professionals is compact, which means this HR-Medewerker touches nearly every part of the people function rather than being handed a single process to own. Day to day, the work moves between sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, processing personnel changes, and maintaining contact with schools and partners for employer branding work. The organisation operates across multiple locations in the Zuidoost-Brabant region, so the role has real variety built into it.

Key Responsibilities

• Write, publish, and distribute job postings across relevant channels to keep the talent pipeline moving at pace with organisational growth.
• Design and execute recruitment campaigns via social media, including creating content that speaks to target candidate groups.
• Conduct interviews end to end, from first screen through to contract proposal, keeping candidates informed at every stage.
• Process personnel mutations and maintain accurate HR administration across the employee base.
• Act as the HR point of contact for flex workers, including managing absence processes and ongoing support.
• Contribute to onboarding improvements and employer positioning projects, including maintaining relationships with educational institutions.

What You Bring

• HBO work and thinking level, with up to two years of experience in a recruitment or HR role.
• Strong written and spoken Dutch, as most candidate and stakeholder communication happens in Dutch.
• Comfort handling HR administration accurately while also managing an active recruitment workload simultaneously.
• A self-starter approach, given the small team structure and short communication lines within the organisation.

Why This Role

HBO Young Professionals offers a 28 to 32 hour per week contract with a salary of 3,261 to 3,859 euro gross per month on a full-time basis, in line with scale 8 of the CAO Kinderopvang, plus nearly six weeks of leave, 8 percent end-of-year bonus, travel reimbursement, and partial remote working.
