This fully remote opportunity is ideal for a creative professional with a passion for immersive game soundtracks and the ability to deliver high-quality compositions that enhance gameplay and narrative. You will collaborate closely with the development team to craft a unique audio identity for the game, ensuring the music aligns with the fantasy setting and action-driven gameplay.
Responsibilities
- Compose and produce original music tracks tailored to a fantasy action RPG environment
- Collaborate with game designers and developers to understand narrative, pacing, and emotional tone
- Adapt musical themes to various in-game scenarios, including combat, exploration, and cutscenes
- Deliver polished, production-ready audio files in required formats
- Revise compositions based on feedback from the creative team
- Ensure all music assets are delivered on schedule and meet technical requirements for game integration
Skills And Requirements
- Proven experience composing music for video games, preferably in the fantasy or action genre
- Strong portfolio showcasing original game music compositions
- Proficiency with industry-standard digital audio workstations (DAWs) and virtual instruments
- Ability to create diverse musical themes and adapt to different moods and gameplay moments
