RS Rewards is looking for a talented and motivated in-house Video Editor to join our growing creative team in Port Melbourne.

This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside a fast-paced content and marketing team producing engaging social media and YouTube content viewed by audiences across Australia.

You’ll be editing a wide range of content including:

• Social media advertisements

• Short-form viral content

• YouTube videos

• Promotional campaigns

• Brand and lifestyle content

• Behind-the-scenes and event footage

You’ll work closely with our creative and marketing departments to help bring campaigns and ideas to life while maintaining the high-quality standard of the RS Rewards brand.

This is a full-time subcontracting position:

• 5 days per week

• 8 hours per day

• Based full-time in our Port Melbourne office

You will be provided with:

• Your own workstation and editing setup

• Support from our creative team

• Guidance and onboarding into our editing systems and workflows

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience editing for social media and YouTube

• High attention to detail and understanding of modern content trends

• Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar editing software

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced content environment

• Strong storytelling and pacing skills

• Creative mindset with a strong understanding of engaging content

• Ability to take direction and collaborate within a team

Experience with AI tools and modern editing workflows is highly regarded.
