This role sits within a post-production workflow covering versioning, promos, and trailer delivery, supporting the team through a period of holiday cover. About the Role

You will be embedded in an in-house studio handling content output across TV, film, or streaming production, covering for absent team members during a defined period. Day-to-day work involves managing assets, cutting versions, and keeping deliverables on track within an existing post-production workflow. The role requires someone who already understands how a studio pipeline operates and can maintain output quality without disruption to the wider team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide holiday cover across active post-production projects, maintaining continuity of deliverables during the absence period.
• Cut and deliver versioned content including promos and trailers to brief, working within the studio’s established Premiere Pro workflow.
• Manage and update project tracking in Airtable, keeping asset status and deadlines accurate across multiple deliverables.
• Handle carting duties, ensuring media is correctly ingested, organised, and accessible within the post-production pipeline.
• Liaise with internal teams in both English and a Scandinavian language where required, supporting content delivery for relevant markets.
• Maintain version control and file management standards across all projects to keep the post-production workflow clean and consistent.

What You Bring

• Proven experience as a Production Assistant in a post-production, broadcast, or streaming production environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, with the ability to cut promos, trailers, or versioned content independently.
• Hands-on experience with carting and versioning workflows within a studio or post-production facility.
• Fluency in English and at least one Scandinavian language, Norwegian, Swedish, or Danish.
• Familiarity with Airtable or comparable production tracking tools is a genuine advantage.
• A background in TV, film, or streaming production with the organisational discipline to manage multiple deliverables under time pressure.
