Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and passionate Actor to join our Pirate Crew! The ideal candidate will have a foundation in theater and possess excellent communication skills. This role involves performing on various pirate-themed cruises and engaging with audiences. Some background on boats is a plus but not required.

Duties

• Collaborate with management and crew to develop compelling performances.
• Participate in rehearsals to refine lines, blocking, and character development.
• Communicate effectively with the audience and engage them during performances.
• Maintain professionalism on and off stage while adhering to call times and ship needs.
• Continuously work on improving public speaking skills to enhance performance delivery.
• Participate in the set-up and/or close-up of the ship.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in theater or performing arts is preferred.
• Strong public speaking abilities with the capacity to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
• Experience working with children is highly desirable.
• Background in musical theatre is a plus but not required.
• Ability to take direction and work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Passion for the arts and commitment to delivering high-quality performances.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $50.00 – $300.00 per day
