Key Responsibilities

• Prepare digital advertising analytics reports and pull campaign screenshots to support active sales orders across linear and digital inventory.
• Monitor deal health and performance for programmatic advertising initiatives focused on live sports, self-service ad buying, and automotive categories.
• Contribute to sponsorship campaign recaps by tracking monthly digital performance metrics and supporting optimization efforts across active accounts.
• Maintain sales database repositories including live sports schedules, advertiser and agency contacts, rate cards, ad specs, and case studies.
• Support social-first advertising strategies in coordination with Sales Marketing, Sports Partnerships, and Digital Editorial departments.
• Record and catalog linear integrations to support post-campaign reporting and future sales planning.

What You Bring

• Current enrollment in a college or university program, preferably in media, communications, advertising, or a related field.
• Familiarity with digital advertising platforms or programmatic ad buying concepts, even at an introductory level.
• Comfort working with data and spreadsheets to track campaign performance and produce clear reporting outputs.
• Interest in sports media, regional broadcast television, or the ad sales side of episodic and live television production.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks across a sales workflow without losing track of deadlines or detail.
