About the Role

The Senior Video Editor works within the Brand and Creative department alongside Motion Designers, Audio Specialists, Producers, and Game Capture Artists to produce high-visibility marketing content. Projects range from teaser trailers and full cinematic reveals to behind-the-scenes pieces and localized distribution cuts. Day-to-day work involves translating marketing briefs into editorial treatments, iterating on cuts with Creative Directors, and managing the post-production workflow from rough assembly through final delivery across multiple formats and platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Cut and iterate on promotional assets including cinematic trailers, gameplay reveals, teasers, and paid media, shaping narrative structure, pacing, and emotional arc from first assembly to locked picture.
• Translate high-level creative briefs into editorial treatments, structure proposals, shot lists, and mood boards in direct collaboration with Brand and Creative Directors.
• Partner with Game Capture Artists to develop gameplay sequences and define capture requirements, with occasional hands-on gameplay capture or editorial prototyping.
• Oversee the full post-production workflow, coordinating integration of live-action footage, motion design, color grading, sound design, and music across each project.
• Manage versioning and delivery for multiple formats, platforms, and localized markets, ensuring all outputs meet platform specifications, delivery codecs, and color and audio standards.
• Mentor junior Video Artists through creative reviews and constructive feedback, and proactively identify improvements to internal editing workflows and post-production tools.

What You Bring

• Substantial experience as a video editor with a credits history in promotional content, cinematic trailers, or high-end marketing for entertainment or gaming IPs.
• Proficiency in professional post-production software, with strong command of industry-standard non-linear editing and finishing tools used in trailer and promotional editorial.
• Demonstrated ability to work across the full post-production pipeline, including familiarity with motion design integration, color workflows, and audio finishing processes.
• Experience managing deliverables across multiple distribution channels, platforms, and international markets, including format and codec specifications.
• A portfolio that shows clear editorial judgment, with examples of pacing, rhythm, and storytelling in a promotional or cinematic context.
