About the Role

The Media Production Group functions as the central hub connecting show units, control room teams, corporate partners, and graphics production across all Fox News Media platforms. Day to day, the Associate Project Manager, Media Production Group fields animation requests, sources imagery for presentations and on-air graphics, and keeps the production calendar accurate for both editorial and scheduled programming needs. This is a full-time, in-office role, which means you are present when breaking news hits and expected to make real-time decisions on graphics prioritization without waiting for sign-off.

Key Responsibilities

• Vet and assign animation requests across Fox News Channel, Fox Business, Fox Nation, and Fox Weather, applying knowledge of each platform’s graphics style rules and broadcast news workflow.
• Coordinate studio blocking and rehearsals with show units and control room teams for show launches and internal events.
• Train and supervise production assistants under the direction of the Media Production Unit manager, including supporting Graphics PAs during breaking news scenarios.
• Source imagery and video for use in on-air animations and presentations, applying solid editorial judgment to material selection.
• Distribute key art, digital toolkits, and TV listings across all Fox News Media properties to internal partners including Marketing, Promos, Sales, and Digital.
• Maintain shift handoff communication to reduce redundancy across a 24/7 broadcast operation.

What You Bring

• 2 or more years of experience in broadcast production, news operations, or a related field, with news or sports television preferred.
• Working knowledge of Jira, Confluence, iNews, and Dalet for broadcast project management and newsroom workflow.
• Familiarity with Adobe Suite including Photoshop, After Effects, and Media Encoder, plus VizRT or a comparable real-time graphics system.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent requests accurately under the pressure of live news production.
• Bachelor’s degree in Broadcasting, Journalism, or Communications.
