About the Role

The position lives within the Amazon Devices organization, alongside Ring and other home security teams, functioning as the content engine for Ring Business’s go-to-market efforts. Day to day, you are turning real customer conversations into platform-native stories that run on LinkedIn, the company blog, and inside sales decks. You own the full production workflow yourself, from scripting and camera capture through post-production, using AI video tools to scale output without losing the human voice that B2B buyers actually respond to.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce B2B customer stories and case studies end to end, interviewing customers, drafting the narrative, and adapting each piece into blog, social, and sales-enablement formats.
• Write and publish blog posts aligned to the content calendar, search intent, and the Ring Business messaging framework, hitting consistent cadence without agency support.
• Create social-native content for LinkedIn, including long-form posts, multi-image carousels, document carousels, and short-form video formatted for the platform.
• Self-direct video production from capture through post-production, applying AI video tools to localize and scale content at speed across markets.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice across every channel and market, serving as the editorial standard-bearer for Ring Business content.
• Track content performance data and use it to prioritize what gets made next, feeding results back into the rolling content calendar.

What You Bring

• Proven experience producing B2B content marketing across written, video, and social formats, with a portfolio that shows you own production rather than brief it out.
• Hands-on video production skills covering capture, editing, and post-production workflow, comfortable working without a crew or external vendor.
• Working knowledge of AI-assisted content tools for research, video production, repurposing, and localization at scale.
• Experience writing case studies and customer stories for a B2B or enterprise audience, with credits across blog and sales-enablement channels.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a content calendar across multiple stakeholders including product, marketing, and go-to-market teams.
